Thank you for shopping with Spartina Shore. We are committed to getting your coastal style favorites to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Where We Ship

Currently, we are pleased to offer shipping to all 50 United States. This includes the District of Columbia, physical street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future to serve our coastal community beyond the U.S.

Order Processing Time

At Spartina Shore, we strive to get your order out the door quickly. Orders typically ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) of being placed, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving this email.

Shipping Methods, Timelines, and Costs

We partner with FedEx to offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery timeline for each method begins once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Important Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or updated.
  • Delivery Days: Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays. No deliveries are made on Sunday, and expedited deliveries are not made on Saturday.
  • Separate Shipments: Please note that items from different categories, such as home products, may ship separately from apparel and accessories. You will receive individual shipping confirmations for each package.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We know that sometimes plans change. To ensure we can process your order as quickly as possible, the window for making changes or cancellations is very limited. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the shipping process.
